The House
A cellar, a signature.
Ô Dix Vignes was born from an intuition: great wine is not a collector's item, it is a conversation. The one a winegrower has with their parcel, and the one I have with you.
From the slopes of the Côte de Beaune to the limestone marls of Chablis, every cuvée I present has been tasted and chosen with care. Burgundy holds the front row, and my selection can be complemented by other appellations: a mineral Pouilly Fumé, a Meursault with buttery notes, a Champagne of rare precision.
I welcome guests by appointment and take the time to advise you on your tables, food and wine pairings, and building a cellar: I work quietly, with a refined palate.

Who am I?
Having travelled the wine world as a consultant, through Italy, South Africa, China and France, it felt natural to put that curiosity to work in an honest selection. Every bottle I offer has first been chosen through the eye of someone who has learned to see the world differently.
Indeed, those years spent between time zones and just as many cultures taught me one thing: wine is the only language spoken everywhere without ever being misunderstood.

Frequently asked questions.
Where is Ô Dix Vignes located?
I'm based in Laveline-du-Houx, in the Vosges, about twenty minutes from Épinal and close to Gérardmer and Bruyères. A tasting is available by appointment. I am also happy to travel to you.
Do I need an appointment to taste wines?
Yes, I welcome guests strictly by appointment — at your convenience, including evenings or weekends. Reach me however suits you best — contact form or phone — to arrange a time.
How are the wines selected?
My wine selection is made with care, after tasting and visiting the grower's cellar.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available from €25, including custom amounts. They can be ordered directly from the "Gift" section of the site and are sent by email.
Is the sale restricted to adults?
Yes, in accordance with French law, the sale and tasting of alcohol are strictly reserved for people aged 18 and over. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health.
Do you deliver orders?
Delivery is available in addition to sales at the cellar. Contact me directly — I'm happy to look into any request.
